Finch’s Brasserie was launched ten years ago with hard work from a lot of dedicated people. Two of those who were there from Day One and instrumental in our launch and success were our Sous Chef, Seth Elgar, and, of course, my co-founder, Chef Jeff Finch. While we all watched Seth move on to help grow the food culture in our town, Jeff and I continued our work to grow a first class restaurant, cultivate a special clientele, and raise the bar for dining in our community. It is a bittersweet circle that finds us congratulating Chef Jeff as he moves on from Finch’s to the next chapter of his career and to more time with his family, while also welcoming Seth Elgar to the Finch’s family as our new Executive Chef, fresh from his run at No Coast Reserve. Thank you for all of your good work, creativity, and delicious food, Jeff, and welcome, Seth, to the next chapter in the Finch’s story.
The American Brasserie menu includes both traditional and regional dishes from the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea as well as local and American favorites. Diners can choose from Pizzettas cooked in the wood-fired oven, pasta dishes, savory entrees and daily specials. The seasonal menu is designed to showcase unique flavor combinations which can be enjoyed with a choice of more than 60 wines and close to 90 artisan beers.
